Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in defining, implementing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products through online channels. The primary goal of this role is to generate leads and increase sales by driving traffic to the company’s website across various digital marketing platforms.
- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Plans: Create action plans to promote the company and its products on multiple digital platforms, including paid media, website, and email.
- Paid Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC (Pay-Per-Click), display, and social advertising campaigns to generate leads and maximize ROI.
- Email Marketing: Design, execute, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior using analytics tools to refine strategies, improve conversions, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Content Management: Regularly update and maintain content across the company's digital platforms to ensure consistency and relevance.
- Performance Tracking: Prepare detailed performance reports and insights to track progress, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Competitor and Industry Monitoring: Monitor competitors' digital marketing activities and keep track of industry trends, offering recommendations for strategic improvements.
- Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging tools to enhance the company’s marketing strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in PPC, programmatic ads, media buying, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, generating detailed reports to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Tools: Familiarity with online marketing tools, CRM software, and best practices.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with the iGaming industry is a plus.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required.
- Additional Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, strong attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
