Yerevan Mall is seeking qualified, enthusiastic candidate to hold Digital Marketing specialist’s position and join our Marketing cool team
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across email, paid media, and other performance channels
- Drive ROI through targeted web and app campaigns, including retargeting, push notifications, and direct messenger outreach
- Manage A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns; analyze results and apply insights to continuously improve performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, preparing monthly reports with actionable recommendations to enhance key KPIs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and seamless customer journeys
- Own and manage the full stack of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp)
- Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices (e.g., GA4 migration, SEO algorithm updates, channel innovations)
Required Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Proven experience managing campaigns across paid and owned channels
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using GA4 and ad management platforms
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
