Inecobank CJSC is looking for a Digital Performance Head.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies (CPA, CPS, etc.) aligned with Inecobank’s business goals
  • Define and segment target audiences for more efficient campaign targeting
  • Launch, monitor, and continuously optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple channels
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, including PPC, CPA, and referral marketing specialists
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of performance and accountability
  • Plan, allocate, and manage digital marketing budgets to maximize returns and efficiency
  • Monitor marketing spend and optimize for ROI, CAC, LTV, and ROMI
  • Create and maintain transparent performance reporting systems
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to scale successful initiatives
  • Manage performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Yandex, etc
  • Drive affiliate marketing and referral programs as part of a broader channel mix
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, IT, design, and business teams
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital performance marketing, ideally in banking or e-commerce
  • Proven experience managing marketing teams and budgets
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to tie digital efforts to business KPIs
  • Experience in managing performance campaigns across paid and organic digital channels
  • Fluent understanding of performance marketing terminology and economics (CAC, LTV, ROI, ROMI)
