Overview
Responsibilities:
- Present Ameriabank’s digital products to customers via phone calls
- Guide customers during first-time use of digital services
- Support remote onboarding and activation of digital products
- Ensure professional, compliant, and customer-centric communication during calls
- Accurately record call outcomes, activations, and customer feedback
- Analyze customer interactions, call results, and activation data, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance digital service performance
Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Communication skills in Russian and/or English
- Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude
- Basic understanding of digital products and mobile applications (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to clearly explain in a simple and understandable way
- Attention to detail and accurate data recording
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel knowledge is a plus)
