Overview
Ameriabank CJSC is looking for a Documentation Flow Coordinator-Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Control the flow of settlement documents as per the document flow instruction applied at the bank
- Conduct monitoring of settlement documents related to effective agreements
- Where necessary, prepare settlement documents (performance reports, interim and final acceptance acts)
- Make sure that the warehouse receipt and accompanying documents are submitted to the Financial Department
- Check settlement documents (local and international) for all goods purchased and services received by the bank, obtain and process approvals from ordering parties in the relevant systems
- Import the received invoices into AS Enterprise system, receive approvals from ordering parties, process and transfer them to the Financial Department for payment
- Submit recommendations for continuous improvement and amendment of procedures and processes, where necessary
- Identify, discuss and develop solutions together with the line manager to address the issues impeding the ordinary course of work
- Perform other duties defined under internal legal acts of the bank
Required Qualifications:
- University degree
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of AS system software will be a plus
- Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian and English
- Analytical thinking
- Team-player skills
- Smart decision-making and problem-solving skills
