Passionate about shaping company culture narratives and data-driven recruitment marketing? Join us as an Employer Branding Manager at CreedRoomz and play a key role in developing high-impact external HR communications, growing our career communities, and optimizing targeted paid ad campaigns to drive brand awareness, event engagement, and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the employer branding and external HR communication strategy to strengthen the company's employer brand and market presence.
  • Manage and grow the company's careers and employer branding presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) by creating engaging content and maintaining content calendars that showcase our culture, values, and people.
  • Coordinate the production of employer branding content (articles, videos, social media assets, and campaigns) in collaboration with internal stakeholders, designers, and external vendors.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns across digital and paid media channels (e.g., Meta Ads Manager).
  • Build and support talent pipelines through lead generation initiatives, while managing candidate engagement and responding to inquiries across employer branding channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including ROI, cost-per-lead, audience engagement, and other key marketing metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Plan and execute employer branding initiatives and external events, including career fairs, university partnerships, webinars, meetups, and other recruitment marketing activities.
  • Ensure a consistent, engaging, and high-quality employer brand experience across all digital and in-person candidate touchpoints.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or a Marketing/PR role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media management, paid advertising, and employer branding campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Marketing Platform, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing social media channels, employer branding campaigns, and media buying initiatives.
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance, optimize ROI, and implement tracking and reporting mechanisms.
  • Experience coordinating content production, managing external vendors, and creating engaging employer branding content; basic graphic design/video editing skills are an advantage.
  • Experience organizing recruitment marketing, corporate, and university engagement events to attract top talent.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and English language skills.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and cross-functional stakeholder management abilities.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset with a passion for building and promoting employer brand.
