Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality English language training programs tailored to the needs of our employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver customized English training programs (both general English and Business English) based on adult learning principles
  • Conduct placement tests and needs assessments to identify learning objectives and group participants effectively
  • Prepare engaging training materials and resources using a variety of teaching methods and digital tools
  • Track learner progress, provide constructive feedback and adjust training approaches as needed
  • Manage the end-to-end training process — from planning and scheduling to implementation and follow-up
  • Ensure timely communication with participants, managers and stakeholders
  • Send training invitations via Outlook, coordinate schedules and manage training logistics in Microsoft Teams
  • Maintain accurate training records, including attendance and other reports
  • Organize supplementary learning activities such as speaking clubs, workshops and thematic sessions
  • Stay current with best practices in language instruction and integrate innovative tools to enhance learning
  • Other responsibilities within Learning and Development Unit Scope
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
  • Over 3 years of experience as an English trainer, language instructor or in a similar role
  • Excellent command of English (C1/C2 level) and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions for adult learners
  • TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or other relevant certification is a strong advantage
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor content to different proficiency levels
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and digital learning tools
  • Experience in monitoring learner progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Experience in corporate environments or industry-specific communication
