Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate ESG-related activities across business units, support functions, and governance bodies of the Bank
  • Facilitate alignment between Sustainability objectives and operational implementation across various functions in the Bank
  • Support the development, maintenance, and execution of the Bank’s ESG framework, roadmap, and related initiatives
  • Organize and coordinate ESG routines, committees, working groups, and cross-functional meetings
  • Ensure consistency in ESG-related approaches, terminology, methodologies, and practices across the Bank
  • Monitor progress of ESG initiatives and follow up on implementation status with responsible stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Sustainability, Environmental Management, Risk Management, Public Policy, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in banking, consulting, risk management, strategy, governance, project management, or related areas
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of ESG and Sustainability concepts, frameworks, and emerging banking practices
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries and align multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to structure and consolidate information from different sources
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills
  • Attention to detail combined with strategic thinking capability
  • High level of integrity and professional responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional and evolving environments
  • Strong learning agility and interest in Sustainability and transformation topics
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent Armenian and English communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice To Have:
  • Experience in ESG, corporate governance, non-financial reporting, transformation, or regulatory coordination
  • Experience within financial services or banking sector
  • Familiarity with Sustainability reporting frameworks and ESG standards
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, or ESG-related data management tools
