The candidate will join the Department of Institutional Relations, focusing on advancing and expanding the Bank’s sustainability and ESG performance, overseeing the implementation of the ESG strategy and lead interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of the Bank's ESG policy, procedures in alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements;
  • Identify and evaluate ESG risks and opportunities relevant to the Bank's activities and recommend strategies;
  • Work with Bank’s staff to integrate ESG considerations into business operations, decision-making processes, and risk management frameworks;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, investors, CBA, and advisory organizations, to promote and communicate the Bank's ESG initiatives;
  • Monitor changes in ESG regulations and standards and assess their impact on the Bank’s operations;
  • Monitor and report on the Bank’s ESG performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics;
  • Ensure accuracy in reporting ESG data to stakeholders (investors, regulators, and management).
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proficiency in researching and staying updated on ESG regulations, standards, and best practices;
  • Understanding of key ESG metrics and how to apply them to assess performance and compliance;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve complex operational issues;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Good command of Russian and English languages.
