“Noor Wedding Armenia” is looking for a “Event manager”.

Responsibilities:


- Development and implementation of the event concept in accordance with client requirements
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers and contractors to ensure the success of the event
- Creating and maintaining a budget, controlling expenses and finding cost-effective solutions
- Planning and coordination of all stages of event preparation, including logistics, marketing and technical aspects
- Ensuring that the necessary technical equipment and services are available for the successful execution of the event
- Analysis of results and feedback for continuous improvement of processes and quality of events

Required Qualifications:


- Fluency in at least 1 foreign language
- General knowledge of project management (budgeting and time management)
- Analytics and forecasting methods;
- Methods of collecting and processing information using computer technologies and modern technical means of communication
- Experience in event organization
- In-depth knowledge of the events industry and the latest trends
- Creativity and ability to come up with innovative solutions
- High communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under conditions of limited time and resources.
- Knowledge of project management programs and tools
- Basic financial skills
