Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in meetings and discussions of the Financial Department, take minutes, draft and circulate agendas and materials
  • Maintain meeting calendars, arrange meetings, prepare materials and send reminders to attendees
  • Clearly define the tasks of the Department Director, send reminders and ensure timely performance of tasks
  • Maintain Department documents (both in electronic and paper forms), ensure that documents are properly archived
  • Assist other employees of the Department in provision of materials, programs, reports, presentations, letters, notifications and other documents
  • Answer and redirect incoming calls and e-mails, greet visitors and accompany them to relevant persons
  • Collect and present to the Department Director necessary information
  • Organize meetings, search for relevant materials and present them to the Department Director
  • Organize business trips of the Department Director, make reservations and bookings, handle visa-related issues, take minutes and make notes during trips, where necessary
  • Make translations (if required)
  • Assist other employees of the Department in provision of materials, programs, reports, presentations, letters, notifications and other documents
  • Maintain Department documents, ensure their archiving according to the defined procedure
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Director
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree
  • At least 2 years of work experience in office administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, ability to multitask, time management skills
  • Attention to details
  • Representation skills
  • Team player
  • Cooperation skills
  • Ability to complete tasks properly in a timely manner
  • Familiar with advanced office equipment and programs (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet)
  • Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage)
