SoftConstruct is looking for a Executive Assistant to VBET CEO.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar by scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing events. Ensure effective time management and prioritize activities according to business needs
  • Plan and coordinate detailed travel itineraries, including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, and ensuring that all arrangements are seamless and efficient
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including managing calls, emails, and correspondence. Act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit high-level documents, presentations, and reports. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all written communication
  • Schedule and prepare for meetings by organizing agendas, materials, and presentations. Take meeting minutes and track action items to ensure follow-through
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, collaborating with internal and external teams. Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Maintain confidentiality in all communications and data management
  • Proactively address challenges and anticipate the CEO's needs. Implement improvements in processes to increase efficiency and streamline operations
  • Foster positive relationships with senior executives, clients, board members, and other key stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and decision-making
  • Regularly assess administrative processes and suggest improvements to enhance workflow, productivity, and overall organizational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with poise and efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive matters
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to take on new challenges and pivot as needed in response to changing priorities and business needs
