SoftConstruct is looking for a Finance Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations and month-end close processes in Holding companies
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, identifying and mitigating financial risks
  • Develop policies and procedures for month-end close
  • Develop and implement financial controls
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
  • Understand month-end close process flows, upstream and downstream dependencies
  • Review and challenge existing processes, standardize accounting processes and timelines across entities and business segments
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline financial processes, driving efficiency gains and achieving faster close of accounting books
  • Work with product engineers on technical specifications to integrate process flows into task management applications
  • Lead the implementation of new financial systems and technologies
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making
  • Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies, aligning financial operations with overall business goals
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA or equivalent is a plus
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Up to date technical skills and most recent industry developments
  • Strong understanding of IFRS standards
  • Structured thinking and reasoning mindset
  • Experience in financial services, Big4 accounting firms and/or Tech industry
  • Highly motivated and able to work towards tight deadlines
  • Strong English knowledge
