We’re looking for a talented Finance Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our financial success.
- Transaction Management: Accurately record all financial transactions in accounting software to maintain precise and up-to-date financial records.
- Financial Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed financial reports using advanced analytical and automation tools, offering real-time insights to guide decision-making.
- Bill Payments & Payables Management: Own the accounts payable process, ensuring timely execution of approved payments, accurate documentation, and visibility over obligations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-country and cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for seamless financial reporting.
- Performance & Risk Monitoring: Analyze revenue trends, costs, working capital, and key financial drivers while proactively identifying financial risks and areas of underperformance.
- Process Improvement: Develop and recommend enhancements for finance department processes, workflows, and the control environment to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in finance and financial operations (experience in e-commerce or multi-entity environments is a strong advantage).
- Languages: Excellent proficiency in Armenian and English.
- Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for financial analysis and structured problem-solving with a critical eye for details.
- Initiative & Ownership: Highly proactive, able to take initiative and ownership and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Critical Thinking: A proactive mindset with the ability to think critically.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High level of integrity and comfort operating within structured internal control environments.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
