Career Factory is looking for a Finance Trainer (Contract-based).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver interactive finance training programs tailored to corporate needs
- Explain complex financial concepts in an accessible and engaging manner
- Conduct hands-on workshops, case studies, and real-world financial problem-solving exercises
- Continuously update training materials to align with industry trends and best practices
- Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance Trainer, Financial Consultant, or related role
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and business finance
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to tailor training sessions for different levels of expertise
- Excellent communication skills in Armenian and English, Russian is a plus
- Availability for contract-based engagements with flexible scheduling
