Overview
Responsibilities:
- identify and support customer needs
- engage potential clients
- provide necessary information to customers
- accept credit applications, collect required documents, review them
- service the credit portfolio
- perform up-selling and cross-selling
- register rejected credit applications
Required Qualifications:
- university degree in economics or finance
- at least 2 years of work experience in banking system
- good command of MS Word and MS Excel (knowledge of AS-Bank 4.0 software program will be a plus)
- knowledge of Armenian banking legislation will be a plus
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide high quality service
- outstanding communication and customer service skills
- negotiation and conflict management skills
- ability to learn quickly
- initiative and high sense of responsibility
- excellent knowledge of Russian and English
