Overview
AeroDynamics CJSC is looking for a Financial Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in day-to-day financial activities
- Participation in budgeting process
- Analyzing the company’s performance, calculate variances between those forecasts and actual and explain the causes of these variances
- Preparation of financial reports according to the shareholders needs
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Review financial documents for correctness and completeness
- Keep accurate documentation for financial operations and transactions
- Participation in preparation of financial statements
- Other tasks within finance function
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or any other related field
- At least one year of work experience in a relevant position
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), general knowledge of ArmSoft accounting software
- Being an ACCA student or willingness to become will be a plus
- Analytical thinking and detail-oriented mindset
- Advanced level of English
- High level of confidentiality
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Great organizational and time-management skills
