Overview
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate HR-related processes in collaboration with our outsourced partner
- Manage relationships with partners and vendors, including orders, supplies, and payments
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and expense control activities
- Conduct financial and operational audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Oversee document flow, financial records
- Prepare and analyze daily and monthly financial reports
- Ensure proper management of financial and documentation processes across our projects
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in financial management, audit, or operations coordination (a strong plus)
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with the Tax Service e-reporting system (SRC)
- Excellent command of Armenian; good knowledge of English or Russian is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- A self-driven mindset and high sense of responsibility
