Overview
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical maintenance of ATMs, payment kiosks and other linked devices
- Conduct routine maintenance of ATMs and payment kiosks; troubleshoot the devices to avoid failures in the future
- Control the operating condition of ATMs and payment kiosks both on site and remotely
- Participate in ATM loading
- Collect and register the cards retained by ATMs
- Handle paper flow of the unit, prepare letters, references, acts, and contracts
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in a technical field and IT specialization is desirable
- Proficiency in maintenance of computer hardware
- Experience in maintenance of ATMs and payment kiosks is desirable
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Flexibility and teamplayer skills
- Ability to master new software quickly
- Excellent command of Armenian
