Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Solution Development: Design trade financing solutions, review financial clauses in contracts, and align financing options with customer needs to ensure project success
  • Customer Financial Analysis: Conduct credit ratings on customers, evaluate financial feasibility, and identify potential risks during the tender stage
  • Sales Financing Support: Collaborate with account managers to develop commercial proposals, prepare quotations, and negotiate payment terms
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain partnerships with financial institutions and banks to facilitate external financing options
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring technical alignment with client needs
  • Proposal Management: Lead the development of high-quality proposals, including Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring accurate technical specifications and compelling presentations
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and government regulations relevant to the company's products and services
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree or above, (finance/accountinng/economics/business management or related fields)
  • Work experience (5+ years) in client-facing roles such as trade finance/financial advisory/business development specialist or related roles
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Russian
  • Deep understanding of Huawei products and services is a plus,
  • Strong sales skills, including presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly
  • Ability to analyze customer needs, identify technical solutions, and overcome challenges during the sales process
