Overview
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor finance-related projects to ensure successful and timely completion
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the CFO and other departments, ensuring efficient communication and workflow
- Follow up on task execution and performance to maintain project efficiency and accountability
- Act as a central point of contact, providing clear and timely project updates to ensure all stakeholders remain aligned
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items to ensure follow-up and execution
- Prepare and manage various reports, documentation, and business correspondence
- Assist in developing and optimizing business workflows and processes
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and integrity
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure professional representation of the Finance Department
- Support the CFO in daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination and prioritization of key projects
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or a related field
- Resent 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative leadership, or executive support is preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with financial data
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal); knowledge of Armenian and Russian is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Jira
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
