Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management Implementation: Implement financial management practices to ensure effective resource allocation and financial control
  • Cash Flow Planning and Management: Develop and manage cash flow plans to optimize liquidity and ensure financial stability
  • Profitability Analysis: Analyze the profitability of the organization and its departments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing actions to enhance financial performance
  • Financial Indicators Improvement: Execute actions aimed at improving the organization's financial indicators, such as revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability enhancement
  • Planning: Develop short-term and long-term development plans aligned with organizational objectives and financial goals
  • Income and Expense Analysis: Analyze income and expenses, providing insights to management for effective financial decision-making and resource allocation
  • Labor Remuneration Model Development: Design labor remuneration models to increase work efficiency and productivity, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial sector
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite; familiarity with AS Accounting and 1C programs is desirable
  • Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to prepare accurate financialstatements
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting and financial planning
  • Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
