Overview
Digitain is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Financial Transactions Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cash and foreign currency payments in accordance with the company’s established procedures.
- Protect the company’s interests and negotiate terms and contracts with banks and payment systems.
- Monitor the movement and balances of the company’s bank accounts.
- Set priorities by closely collaborating with company employees to ensure effective planning and execution of payments.
- Inform relevant departments about new payment terms and updates.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payments processing, financial transactions, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of banking procedures, foreign currency exchange, and financial regulations.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with banks and payment systems.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial software (ArmSoft, 1C) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills in English and Russian.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
