Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Be professional, punctual and courteous at all times
  • Welcome passengers on board and direct them to their seats
  • Inform passengers of the aircraft about safety procedures
  • Reassure passengers and ensure they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations
  • Give first aid where necessary
  • Ensure passengers disembark safely at the end of a flight
  • Complete paperwork, including writing a flight report
Required Qualifications:
  • At least secondary education, higher education will be a plus
  • Good health condition
  • Good knowledge of English, Russian, Armenian
  • Stress-resistant
  • Good communication skills, team-player, client oriented, positive attitude
  • To be open to new knowledge and trainings
  • Having a flight attendant certificate and work experience will be considered an advantage
