Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Identification of hazards and assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of safety risks
  • Collection, analysis, and interpretation of safety data and statistics to identify trends and emerging risks
  • Establishment, monitoring, and tracking of Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) and Safety Performance Targets (SPTs)
  • Analysis, processing, and follow-up of received safety reports through the company reporting system
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly safety performance reports for FlyOne Armenia management
  • Maintenance and continuous updating of the Hazard Log and Risk Register
  • Preparation of data, analyses, and supporting materials for Safety Review Board (SRB) and Safety Action Group (SAG) meetings7
  • Administration of Safety Management System software
  • Coordination and administration of Safety Bulletins and other safety promotion activities
  • Conducting safety surveys, safety studies, and another analytical research as required
  • Performance of additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Safety Manager in support of SMS objectives
  • Maintenance of safety management documentation and records
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent analytical and data analysis skills
  • Higher education
  • Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, English written and spoken
  • Ability to work with safety data, statistics, trends, and structured risk assessment methodologies
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work with confidential safety information
