Overview
Responsibilities:
- Individual attitude and respect for all our guests
- Motivate and guide restaurant employees throughout their work
- Make quick decisions during unforeseen situations and be flexible in thinking
- Creating a warm atmosphere, providing guests with quality and exclusive service
- Organization and control of the daily work of the restaurant
- Organization and coordination of the process of solving technical and program problems
- Participation in the preparation of menus and competitive price offers
- Cooperation with other departments to present new and interesting proposals
- Presentation of monthly and annual planning aimed at improving the operational processes of the restaurant
- Settlement of conflict situations and application of fast and effective measures
- Competent work with documents and spreadsheets.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant position is required. -- Degree in restaurant management preferred
- Ability to deal with difficult and stressful situations at work
- Managerial and organizational skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Flexibility and ability to quickly navigate
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in guest service
- Ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
- Computer skills: MS Office.
