Shifts
After these 3 working days, employees have 2 days off and return to work with the same shifts.
Responsibilities:
- 08:00-16:00
- 16:00-00:00
- 00:00-08:00
- Monitor the games/rounds taking place on the casino table
- Monitor GP's work errors and report hidden errors
- Monitor and coordinate the work of shufflers, both in the studio and in the shuffler's room
- Collaborate with Shift Manager and Pitbosses to resolve staff issues
- Collaborate with team managers to coordinate work
- Ensure that games are conducted in accordance with company regulations.
- Report any violations observed to the Shift Manager
- Check out the game tables, decorative attributes, as well as the equipment
- Monitor the game presenters', game show hosts' and shuffler's appearance
- Perform tasks assigned by the Shift manager directed at the casino operations processes
- Assist the Shift manager and Pitbosses in resolving issues in the studio
- Monitor GP's and Shuffler's behavior during the job and report any violations
- Monitor table occupancy
- Perform other functions assigned by immediately supervisor
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
- Excellent command of Armenian, English and Russain both written and spoken
- Excellent self-control skills
- Leadership and analytical skills
- Ability to understand problems and propose appropriate solutions
- High level of attention, concentration
- Availability of computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn new things
