Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on individuals and organizations by utilizing open-source resources. Focus on identifying and analyzing Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), monitoring and research of sanction lists and global watchlists
  • Conduct regulatory research and monitor regulatory developments in African and French-speaking European countries
  • Create comprehensive country profiles with an emphasis on political, corporate, and regulatory contexts
  • Use French, English, or other regional languages to access and interpret original-language materials and documents
  • Analyze and integrate information from various sources to generate accurate findings
  • Present findings to the Team Lead and other stakeholders as required
  • Demonstrate initiative and a strong desire for continuous professional development
  • Incorporate feedback from supervisors and adapt work practices accordingly
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project goals and deadlines
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, International Relations, Law, or similar
  • I- nterest in politics, AML related developments, finance, and data-driven solutions
  • Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French is a must
