Overview
Responsibilities:
- To greet every guest with a smile
- To make check in and check out according to the hotel policies
- To cover night shifts
- To answer to phone calls both internal and external
- To organize daily sightseeing tours for the guests to explore Yerevan and Armenia
- To assist guests in booking a table in a restaurant for a lunch/dinner
- To check weekly events in Opera house and order ticket when required from a guest
- To assist guests in taking a piece of Armenia from a small souvenir shop
- You will first get all the necessary trainings and working tools for that
Required Qualifications:
- For the beginning we will require from you:
- Strong knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Being a good team player
- Keen attention to details
- To be a quick learner
