Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Warmly checking in and checking out guests
  • Resolving any issues guests may face during their stay
  • Answering incoming calls, providing accurate information to callers and routing calls to the appropriate department
  • Handling cash and credit transactions
  • Providing information and directions regarding hotel, city and country attractions, restaurants, hotels, tours and places of interest
Required Qualifications:
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Solid Armenian, Russian and English knowledge
  • Ability to work in team
