Responsibilities:
- Warmly checking in and checking out guests
- Resolving any issues guests may face during their stay
- Answering incoming calls, providing accurate information to callers and routing calls to the appropriate department
- Handling cash and credit transactions
- Providing information and directions regarding hotel, city and country attractions, restaurants, hotels, tours and places of interest
Required Qualifications:
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Solid Armenian, Russian and English knowledge
- Ability to work in team
