HAYASA HOSPITALITY GROUP LLC is looking for a Front Office Agent.

Responsibilities:
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Make a check- in and check- out processes
  • Provide a necessary information to guests
  • Receive payments from guests (cash and non-cash)
Required Qualifications:
  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Tourism will be a plus
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English/Russian
  • Knowledge of Triosoft System will be an advantage
  • Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
