Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative concepts and layouts that effectively communicate the brand message and engage target audiences
  • Ensure consistency and high standards of visual design across all company touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines
  • Create and edit graphics for promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and social media content
  • Produce innovative and visually appealing designs for both print and online media, maintaining high quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and refine concepts as needed
  • Stay up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve creative output
  • Manage and organize design files and assets to ensure they are accessible, well-organized, and version-controlled
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategies and ideas
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Additional certifications or courses in design, UI/UX, or related areas are a plus
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, including digital, print, and branding materials
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Knowledge of web design and user interface (UI) principles is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality, error-free work
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to receive and incorporate feedback in a professional manner, making adjustments to designs when needed
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus
  • Good working knowledge of English
