Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Design marketing materials for social media, websites, advertisements, and email campaigns
  • Create visual concepts that align with business goals and target audiences
  • Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
  • Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Apply knowledge of design trends and market insights to produce relevant, engaging content
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, within tight deadlines
  • Design packaging, labels, and print collateral that communicate brand identity and enhance product appeal
  • Prepare files for print production, ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and compliance with vendor specifications
  • Develop visual assets for trade shows, events, and presentations (banners, roll-ups, promotional stands)
  • Maintain organized design files, libraries, and templates for efficient use across the company
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of English and Russian languages
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory and visual hierarchy
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, time management, and meticulous attention to detail
