SIL Capital is looking for a Graphic Designer.

Responsibilities:
  • Visualizing the company’s products, services and events, creating visual content for social media (posters, advertising banners)
  • Designing brand materials (logos, brand books, corporate styles)
  • Designing printed materials (brochures, magazines, business cards, name cards, plastic cards, corporate materials, bags, boxes, catalogs, leaflets, signages) and organizing printing tasks when necessary
  • Collaborating with marketing and content teams to create new campaigns
  • Applying a creative approach by proposing and implementing new, interesting solutions and ideas
  • Performing other tasks related to the position as assigned by the direct supervisor
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW graphic design software
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and other graphic editors will be considered an advantage
  • Skills in preparing print-ready files
  • Excellent knowledge of fonts, color schemes, and composition principles
  • Knowledge of video editing will be considered an advantage
  • Availability of a portfolio of successfully completed projects
  • Higher education
  • 2+ years of work experience in the relevant field
  • Creative thinking and attention to details
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of branding and marketing
  • Organizational skills, including time management, meeting deadlines, and the ability to make quick decisions
  • Ability and willingness to work in a team
