Overview
Responsibilities:
- Design visual assets for social media platforms, including static posts, carousels, and story formats
- Create graphics and visual elements for video content, including thumbnails, overlays, lower thirds, and motion-ready assets
- Develop and maintain branded templates and design systems for marketing and employer branding use
- Produce employer branding visuals for job postings, careers pages, internal communications, and company announcements
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into clear and engaging visual designs
- Adapt designs for different formats, channels, and audiences
- Prepare assets for digital publishing and ensure high-quality output
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in B2B
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-focused and digital design work
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
- Experience designing for social media and digital platforms
- Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design requests
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
- Experience with motion design or basic video graphics is a plus
