Overview
SoftConstruct is looking for a Group Invoicing Auditor.
Responsibilities:
- Checking and recalculating the invoices issued by the company to the suppliers
- Checking and recalculating of the invoices issued by the providers
- Verification of accuracy of transactions related to operational activities
- Auditing intragroup agreements and consequential legal relationships
- Summarizing the audit results and developing the audit report
- Internal audit follow-up implementation, controlling over the process of implementation of the audit proposals
- Participating in methodological works in the scope of the division work and functions
- Implementation of other functions related to the activity of the division
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- 1-2 years accounts financial or general accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, spreadsheets)
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to quickly and accurately review data from multiple sources
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Armenian, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent attitude to teamwork
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Professional appearance and behavior
