Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives (e.g., operating model redesign, cost efficiency programs, digital transformation)
  • Manage and coach a team of 2+ junior team members, ensuring professional growth and high-quality output
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets across multiple workstreams
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and business verticals to ensure strategic and operational alignment
  • Develop and deliver clear, data-driven status updates, executive dashboards, and board-ready materials
  • Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and decision-making forums with mid- and senior-level stakeholders
  • Champion change management and internal communication, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems
  • Track and report on project KPIs and business impact metrics to ensure measurable success
  • Act as the accountable owner for your projects, driving delivery from strategy to execution
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, internal strategy, or PMO roles (internships or graduate programs included)
  • Analytical mindset and ability to think in a structured, outcome-driven way
  • Proactive communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills
  • High level of ownership, curiosity, accountability, and willingness to learn
  • Fluent in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Working Model & Travel:
  • This is an on-site role based in Yerevan
  • Occasional travel may be required (approx. 5–10%)
