IDBank is looking for motivated candidate for the position of Client Manager to fulfil the responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities:
  • Rendering customer service, providing relevant consultation on services and products rendered by the Bank;
  • Identification of clients’ needs, attraction of new clients;
  • Implementation of sales/cross-sales of services rendered by the Bank;
  • Implementation of functions related to providing loans, attracting deposits, opening and servicing of bank accounts, payment cards, safe boxes /personal deposit boxes/, remote systems;
  • Providing clients with references, statements, payment documentation and copies of them, as well as other documents defined by internal legal acts of the Bank, related to their accounts.
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education;
  • Work experience in the field of lending will be considered an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of computer (MS Office);
  • Knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages;
  • Communication and negotiation skills;
  • Sales skills;
  • Willingness to work in a team;
  • Ability to work in different situations and fast orientation;
  • Stress resistance.
