Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for AI products, including positioning, commercialization, and scaling
  • Define target segments, priority markets, and go-to-market focus areas for Betconstruct AI solutions
  • Define and evolve product value propositions aligned with market needs and customer priorities
  • Enable and align Sales and Pre-Sales teams to drive pipeline growth, conversion, and consistent market messaging
  • Establish structured feedback loops from clients and commercial teams to inform the AI CoE product roadmap
  • Define product packaging and pricing strategies based on market demand and competitive landscape
  • Establish and track key performance metrics (e.g., product adoption, deal velocity) to measure and improve sales enablement effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in go-to-market, strategy, business development, or commercial roles, with exposure to AI/ML initiatives
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Solutions/Pre- Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Experience launching and scaling products, including positioning, sales enablement, and incorporating customer feedback into product development
  • Understanding of AI/ML use cases (e.g., churn prediction, personalization, recommendations) and their commercial impact
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and develop compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
