SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Secure, maintain, and leverage the Group's B2B licenses across global regulated markets.
  • Ensure all proprietary software, games, and sportsbook platforms strictly comply with international regulatory standards.
  • Manage regulatory risks across diverse jurisdictions and maintain seamless alignment with local regulators.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on B2B iGaming operations.
  • Proven experience in B2B compliance, licensing, and regulatory oversight within the iGaming industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of global B2B iGaming regulations, Turnkey, and White Label frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading compliance teams and managing multi-jurisdictional compliance operations.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Armenian and Russian is an advantage.
