SoftLand LLC is looking for a Head of Commercial.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company’s commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • Align commercial objectives with the company’s overall strategic vision and operational plans
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with partners, affiliates, and key stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and alignment with company goals
  • Ensure all commercial activities comply with industry regulations and legal requirements
  • Provide detailed commercial performance reports and forecasts to senior management
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in commercial management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the gambling or gaming industry
  • Strong ability to develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • In-depth knowledge of the gambling industry, including customer behavior, market trends, and regulatory environments
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage high-value contracts
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in international markets, particularly regulated regions
