Overview
Inecobank CJSC is looking for a Head of Core Banking Products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage product teams responsible for the full lifecycle of core banking products, including deposits, loans, and cards
- Develop and execute product strategy within the core banking domain, aligned with the bank’s overall business objectives
- Drive growth, profitability, and competitive positioning of traditional banking services
- Oversee product planning, development, and performance management across all product lines
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to banking standards in product design and delivery
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align product initiatives with customer needs and market opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in banking or FinTech
- In-depth expertise in core banking products (deposits, loans, cards)
- Proven experience in mentoring and managing product managers
- Track record of delivering successful products and growing market share in a competitive landscape
