Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Possess the ability to quickly and accurately discern the latent demands, core needs, and systemic challenges facing corporate customers, translating this insight into actionable opportunities
  • Spearhead the positioning and promotion of Incore's comprehensive suite of corporate services, including:
  • Overseeing complex transactions, encompassing currency conversions, and the purchase and sale of financial instruments
  • Responsible for pitching and presenting the firm's existing, proprietary investment solutions to corporate clients.Furthermore, in case of client’s specific or non-standard financial needs and demands, conduct a thorough study of client’s requirements and effectively relay these to the analytics/product design team to facilitate the creation of a custom, tailor-made investment solution
  • The candidate will drive Incore's M&A advisory function, managing the full deal lifecycle with a high degree of proactive initiative and strategic foresight
  • Operate proficiently in both client-led and self-initiated M&A mandates
  • Efficiently search for and identify suitable matching candidates based on specific client acquisition or divestiture criteria
  • Leveraging a profound understanding of corporate clients' business models and strategic trajectory to independently seek, identify, and qualify target companies that represent compelling growth or synergy opportunities
  • Construct and articulate high-impact M&A business propositions, clearly presenting the financial and operational synergies, anticipated benefits, and strategic rationale that justify the client's pursuit of the endeavor
  • Following client authorization, lead the structuring of the M&A deal, initiate engagement with the target company, and direct complex, multi-party negotiations to ensure a disciplined process and drive the transaction toward a successful closure
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in banking, investment firms, or other financial institutions, preferably in corporate client–facing or advisory roles
  • Highly proactive and self-driven, with the ability to independently originate opportunities that align with client needs and the company’s strategic direction
  • Fluency in English and Russian; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
