Inecobank CJSC is looking for a Head of CRM & Growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the bank’s customer lifecycle goals
  • Drive personalization, engagement, loyalty, and retention across all customer segments and channels
  • Lead the CRM team to utilize data and technology for effective targeting and communication
  • Ensure seamless integration of the CRM platform with product and marketing initiatives
  • Improve customer experience through tailored communications and strategic customer touchpoints
  • Optimize CRM performance to achieve measurable business outcomes such as cross-sell, up-sell, reduced churn, and increased customer lifetime value (CLTV)
  • Oversee CRM-related projects including system implementation, upgrades, and vendor collaboration
  • Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness through ROI analysis and A/B testing
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Product, IT, and Sales teams
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in CRM management or related roles
  • At least 3–4 years in a leadership role, preferably within banking, FinTech, or a regulated service industry
  • Proven success in developing and executing high-impact CRM strategies
  • Extensive experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent
  • Strong background in customer data analytics and segmentation techniques
