Overview
We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing Department to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong digital marketing background, a strategic mindset, and excellent leadership skills. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to ensure user engagement, and maintain engagement across the Company’s digital platforms, including paid media, SEO, social media, content marketing, etc.
- Define monthly/quarterly content promotion strategies, approve action plans, and monitor their execution across social platforms by introducing engaging content and campaigns that will increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Oversee the planning, execution, and improvement of paid media campaigns (PPC, display, social advertising) to ensure maximum ROI and customer engagement
- Develop and monitor SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, and improve search rankings via effective keyword research and link-building
- Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics, other data management platforms, and analytics tools
- Plan annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets for paid advertising campaigns
- Provide annual, quarterly, and monthly performance reports, define and measure KPIs
- Collaborate with relevant units within the Company to increase customer satisfaction through a common strategy
- Constantly monitor emerging trends, technologies, and tools in digital marketing. Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors and accelerate growth
- Supervise and coordinate the department's activity
- Delegate tasks and supervise their implementation according to the deadlines established. Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluation to ensure efficient execution of objectives
- Organize and monitor the onboarding process of new hires
- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with the RA Law on Advertising, as well as other legislative and regulatory requirements related to the field
- Perform other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor and arising from the duties of the position
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or a relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Digital marketing unit manager
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) and data manipulation
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, programmatic media-buying, and CRM software
- Familiarity with web design
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Analytical thinking with strong math skills
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
- The ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies
