Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Company's digital transformation strategy;
  • Collaborate with senior management to align digital initiatives with business goals;
  • Identify opportunities for digital innovation and ensure they are integrated into the
overall business strategy;
  • Develop and manage the digitalization department budget;
  • Ensure the integration of existing systems with new digital solutions;
  • Develop new innovative partnerships and collaborations with different leading
companies;
  • Identify and develop new Fintech solutions, explore alternative experimental financial
technologies and develop products;
  • Evaluate and select appropriate vendors and service providers for digital projects;
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for digital improvement;
  • Lead and inspire the digitalization team, fostering a culture of innovation and
continuous improvement;
  • Drive organizational change by promoting digital adoption and fostering a digital-first
mindset;
  • Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or related fields, an MBA is preferred;
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within
a similar role at a Fintech or IT company;
  • Experience with agile methodologies and digital project management;
  • In-depth knowledge of global and local digital trends, technologies, and best
practices;
  • Well-established relationships and networks within the business and Fintech
community;
  • Strong initiative, leadership and project management skills;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making;
  • Proficiency in change management principles and practices;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
  • Excellent command of English and Russian.
