- Develop and execute Company's digital transformation strategy;
- Collaborate with senior management to align digital initiatives with business goals;
- Identify opportunities for digital innovation and ensure they are integrated into the
- Develop and manage the digitalization department budget;
- Ensure the integration of existing systems with new digital solutions;
- Develop new innovative partnerships and collaborations with different leading
- Identify and develop new Fintech solutions, explore alternative experimental financial
- Evaluate and select appropriate vendors and service providers for digital projects;
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for digital improvement;
- Lead and inspire the digitalization team, fostering a culture of innovation and
- Drive organizational change by promoting digital adoption and fostering a digital-first
- Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
- University degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or related fields, an MBA is preferred;
- At least 5 years of proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within
- Experience with agile methodologies and digital project management;
- In-depth knowledge of global and local digital trends, technologies, and best
- Well-established relationships and networks within the business and Fintech
- Strong initiative, leadership and project management skills;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making;
- Proficiency in change management principles and practices;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
- Excellent command of English and Russian.
