SoftLand LLC is looking for a Head of Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the company’s objectives
- Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and business growth
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Analyze revenue streams and customer acquisition costs to improve profitability
- Collaborate with commercial teams to enhance financial performance and explore new revenue opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and gambling industry standards across operational regions
- Prepare and present financial statements, performance reports, and key metrics to the executive team and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, with at least 2 years in the gambling or gaming industry
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and management
- Experience working in regulated markets with familiarity in tax structures and reporting standards
- Experience driving business growth through innovative financial solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
