SoftConstruct is looking for a Head of HR.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives and future growth
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
  • Provide reports on all areas of HR, Payroll and Learning and Development, including the application of Employment - Law, HR policy, best practice and workforce development
  • lead transforming and strengthening the organizational culture, ensuring that the company values and approach are displayed
  • Execute a plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion that aligns with company values, business strategy and commitments
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Oversee learning and development programs to foster employee growth, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Manage the design and execution of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent
  • Foster a positive working environment, handle employee grievances, and ensure legal compliance in all employee-related matters
  • Promote a strong, inclusive company culture and employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure that HR practices comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations, both local and international if relevant
Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 6 years of HR leadership role, ideally in an IT fast-growing company or industry
  • Proficiency in English, Russian and Armenian languages
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management strategies
  • Experience developing and executing strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and employees
  • Expertise in managing a diverse workforce and driving initiatives for inclusion, equity, and diversity
  • Familiarity with HR technology platforms and HR analytics tools
