Digitain LLC is looking for a Head of International Relations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the International Relations Department’s daily activities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

  • Oversee cooperation with new and existing suppliers, including information gathering and technical implementation.

  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to support business decisions.

  • Manage external partner and supplier relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance and successful contract execution.

  • Lead supplier contract negotiations, including commercial terms, amendments, and cost optimization.

  • Monitor compliance with signed agreements and ensure relevant departments are informed of contractual terms.

  • Coordinate supplier integration with internal teams.

  • Manage the department’s operational budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.

  • Conduct competitor pricing analysis.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of department staff.

  • Resolve supplier-related issues and ensure smooth operational collaboration.

  • Supervise timely payment of supplier invoices in line with contract terms.

  • Drive supplier development initiatives in collaboration with department specialists.

  • Track and monitor annual and quarterly performance indicators of team members.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years experience in iGaming in a similar position
