Overview

Responsibilities:
  • representation of the Bank’s interests in civil, administrative, criminal and bankruptcy cases
  • representation of the Bank’s interests in arbitration courts
  • drafting and filing claims, appeals and cassation complaints
  • drafting and filing objections and motions
  • organizing work related to inquiries and/or correspondence received from investigative bodies and lawyers
  • coordination of other tasks of the division
Required Qualifications:
  • higher education in law
  • at least 3 years of work experience in the banking sector
  • licensed attorney (license to practice law)
  • excellent knowledge of the civil procedure code and civil code of the RA
  • excellent command of the law of the RA on bankruptcy
  • familiarity with the criminal procedure code of the RA
  • experience working with the electronic litigation system (E-Justice)
  • strong desire for continuous development and learning
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment
  • ability to work in a team
  • excellent command of English and Russian
