Globbing is looking for a Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in development of the overall marketing strategy and execute in alignment with company goals
  • Participate in the definition of the brand’s positioning, tone of voice, and value proposition across all customer touchpoints
  • Own the marketing budget and manage spends with a strong focus on ROI and growth metrics
  • Represent the company at events, strategic partnerships, and PR opportunities
  • Stay up to date with emerging marketing technologies, tools, and trends, and explore their potential application for business growth
  • Manage and evaluate relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and ROI benchmarks
  • Other responsibilities as needed
  • Oversee daily paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and/ or other platforms
  • Monitor and improve SEO and SEM performance
  • Lead email marketing efforts including list segmentation, automation, and A/B testing, manage email lists
  • Drive performance marketing strategies, focusing on CAC, ROAS, CPL, and LTV
  • Lead content strategy and execution across website and mobile app platforms
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities.Lead competitor analysis
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinar marketing team
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and career development paths for team members
  • Foster collaboration across departments (Product, Sales, Customer Happiness) to align messaging and goals
  • Coordinate with external partners (agencies, freelancers, influencers) to scale execution when needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification is a plus
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and leadership abilities
  • Creative thinker with analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem solving
  • Experience in operating in international markets is a plus
  • Fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in all three languages
