Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, and event management with at least 4 years in leadership roles
  • Proven experience in iGaming, Web3, or tech-driven industries is necessary
  • Demonstrated success in leading international marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in digital marketing, growth strategies, and performance analytics
  • Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 communities
  • Proficiency in SEO, PPC, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent storytelling, content marketing, and PR management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset with an innovative and results-driven approach
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry landscape
  • Open to travel for international events, networking, and business expansion
