Overview
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and operations to align marketing efforts with overall business goals

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, and event management with at least 4 years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in iGaming, Web3, or tech-driven industries is necessary
- Demonstrated success in leading international marketing campaigns
- Expertise in digital marketing, growth strategies, and performance analytics
- Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 communities
- Proficiency in SEO, PPC, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent storytelling, content marketing, and PR management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset with an innovative and results-driven approach
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry landscape
- Open to travel for international events, networking, and business expansion
